Delivery of Austral Shade products is free for orders over $1,000 in Metro areas and most of Regional Australia. Some remote areas and islands may incur a freight charge if direct delivery is not available.

Your Austral Shade kit will be delivered with our logistics partner. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your items have been despatched.

This ensures that you are well-informed about your delivery timeline and can plan accordingly. Your order will be delivered in packages on a pallet, of approx. 20-60kgs per package and 200kgs + if glass is ordered. Suitable access is required out the front of your property for you to receive delivery.

Absolutely not! Every kit comes with detailed instructions, making it easy to assemble your kit yourself. We recommend having two people for the installation to help steady the frame pieces as they click together.
